Background
An unusual route into brokerage.
I got my real estate license in 2018 and spent my early years with Weichert and Keller Williams learning the Monmouth and Ocean markets. But the part of the business that taught me the most happened alongside it.
Since 2017 I have worked as a notary signing agent, which means I have sat at more than sixteen hundred closings and watched deals succeed and fail at the very last table. In 2019 I became a licensed title agent. In 2022 I added a mortgage loan originator license. I am also a licensed real estate instructor, which forces you to actually understand the rules rather than just follow them.
In December 2023 I earned four designations in the same month — Accredited Buyer’s Representative, Seller Representative Specialist, Pricing Strategy Advisor, and Home Finance Resource. In 2025 I opened NextHome Shore Success in Sea Girt.
What it means for you
Fewer surprises, faster answers.
Most of what derails a transaction is not the house. It is a lender who needs one more document, a title search that turns up a decades-old lien, an appraisal that lands under contract price, or an inspection report that reads worse than the actual repair.
I have handled each of those from the other side of the desk. So when one shows up, we are usually not starting from scratch — we are working a problem I have seen before.
Where I stop
I hold several licenses, but on your transaction I am acting as your real estate broker. I do not give legal, tax, mortgage, insurance, or appraisal advice, and I will say so directly when a question belongs to your attorney, lender, or inspector. You always choose those professionals yourself. What I will do is make sure the question gets to the right person quickly.
