How information submitted through this website is collected, used, and kept.

What is collected
The only information collected here is what you type into a form and submit — typically your name, email address, phone number, and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing is collected passively beyond the standard server logs kept by the website host.
How it is used
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and to provide the real estate services you asked about. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing messages, and it does not create an agency relationship — that requires a separate written agreement.
Who it is shared with
Your information is not sold. It is shared only where necessary to do the work you asked for — for example with NextHome Shore Success, or with a lender, attorney, title company, or inspector you have asked to be introduced to. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or by real estate licensing obligations.
Form handling
Forms are processed by Netlify, which hosts this website. Submissions are stored in the site's Netlify account and are accessible to Rob. Netlify's own privacy terms apply to that processing.
Analytics and cookies
No analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are currently active on this site. If website analytics are added later, this policy will be updated before they go live.
Third-party content
The contact page embeds a Google Map. Loading that map involves a request to Google, and Google's privacy policy governs it. Links to the NextHome search, the brokerage site, social profiles, and other external sites take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Retention
Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond to you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to licensed real estate brokers in New Jersey.
Your choices
You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, subject to any records that must legally be retained. You can ask to stop being contacted at any time and that request will be honoured.
Children
This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. Information is not knowingly collected from them.
