Accessibility
This site is built to be usable by as many people as possible, and I want to hear about it when it falls short.
The commitment
Housing information should be reachable by everyone. This website aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and accessibility is treated as an ongoing obligation rather than a one-time check.
What has been done
The site is built with semantic HTML and a logical heading structure, so screen readers can navigate it sensibly. Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus outline. Text colors were chosen to meet contrast requirements against their backgrounds. Images carry descriptive alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology. Form fields have properly associated labels rather than placeholder-only hints. Text reflows without horizontal scrolling down to 320 pixels wide, and animation is reduced automatically for anyone whose system requests it.
Known limitations
The property search, the home valuation tool, and the review submission form are hosted on the NextHome Shore Success platform, and the embedded map on the contact page is provided by Google. Those are third-party services and their accessibility is not under my direct control. If one of them creates a barrier for you, contact me and I will provide the same information another way — by phone, email, or in person.
